Beach Day

I brought Mo all the way to YMU for the 10 minute medium change on Saturday.
We then had our dinner in Alice Cafe.

Where else can you go on a hot summer Sunday?
It was just in time for the sand sculpture festival 2010 in 福隆.
Mo couldn't wait to use her new sand sculpture tools she got the night before.
After Mo barfing all the breakfast out and having cleaned up, we finally took off.
Mo loved the feeling standing in the sand but, unexpectedly, she wouldn't go into the ocean.
I guess Mo was scared of the waves and she screamed if I touched the water.
It was quite hard for a beach lover such as myself.
Fortunately, Mo enjoyed playing with the sand very much and focused on it the whole afternoon.
She found the joy of putting feet into water at last along the river side (with no waves) and we had a little boat ride in the river before we left.
I think Mo found out that something was missing for the day.
On the way home, Mo made a very serious announcement: I, Mo Mo, will go into the ocean with my pretty bikini on next time we are here.
I am looking forward to it.

New Shoes for Mo

These baby shoes cost me 1780 NT dollars!
The scaring number crushed my dream of having the mother-daughter shoes.
And there were so many mothers buying them like buying on sale vegetables in the supermarket!
The poor little guys probably won't last a month on Mo's fat feet.
What the good thing is she likes the shoes so much that she insists to put them on by herself.
